All services are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Ioniz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
All prices listed on the Website are in the applicable currency as displayed. Payments must be made in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Ioniz does not store or process payment card information directly.
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital services, Ioniz LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with results
Delays caused by the client
Project cancellation after payment
Once payment is made, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be issued.
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
Respond to requests for feedback or materials in a reasonable timeframe
Ensure that any content provided does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws
Delays caused by the client do not entitle the client to a refund.
Ioniz does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to sales, leads, traffic, or return on investment (ROI).
Advertising performance depends on multiple factors outside Ioniz’s control, including market conditions, budget, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Ioniz retains ownership of all methodologies, processes, templates, and tools used in providing services
Final deliverables become the client’s property only after full payment has been received
Ioniz reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ioniz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Ioniz’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.
Ioniz reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or engages in unlawful or abusive behavior.
Termination does not entitle the client to any refund.
Ioniz may use third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other service providers. Ioniz is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Ioniz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
